Santa Clara Datacenter Power Maintenance

Time: 5:55 PM UTC Date: April 11, 2011
Time: 5:55 PM UTC Date: April 12, 2011Service is expected to be impacted for approximately 15 minutes. Your website will be unavailable during maintenance. Sugarhosts.com will also be unavailable during maintenance.
The datacenter has detected a failing distribution transformer feeding the main breaker panel connected to the output of "UPS-D". Power is going to be shifted to a temporary transformer at the first maintenance interval (5:55 PM UTC, April 11). Power will be run through the temporary transformer while the failing transformer is replaced and a new one is installed in it’s place. During the second maintenance interval the power load will be shifted back to the new permanent transformer.

Server Phoenix Conneting Issue
We find the server Phoenix ( UK data center ) cannot be connected currently. We’ve contacted the data center and waiting for their response.
Sorry for any inconvenience. We’ll keep updating this post.
[16:56 Update] The server is back online. We are still waiting for the data center tell us the reason. They said “they are looking into this now”.
[18:04 Update] There was an issue with the switch that the server was connected to, this has now been resolved.
